Register here to take part in the NAWP's 2020 Wellness Challenge! Last day to register is January 4th, 2020

Winners:

The top three male and female finishers will receive prize money. Top finishers are determined by the PERCENT of total weight loss. The prizes are as follows -

1st Place Male & Female Winners will receive 70% of the total male/female registration fees. Each pot will be maintained  separately (Male competitors will win the Male Cash Pot, same for Females)

2nd Place Male & Female Winners will receive 20% of the total male/female registration fees.

3rd Place Male & Female Winners will receive 10% of the total male/female registration fees.

Winners will be announced at the 2020 March Mingle scheduled on March 31st. Stay tuned for location/times for this event. Winners do NOT need to be present to win.

Registration Fees:

$20 a person. NO REFUNDS after January 4th, 2020.

Eligibility:

You do NOT need to be a member of the NAWP to participate. You do need to be a paid employee of a law enforcement or first responder organization to take part. You will be asked to confirm your employment prior to taking part in the event.

Important Dates:

Weigh-in time slots and location will be sent to your email after registration is confirmed.

1st Weigh-Ins - Dec 26th thru Jan 3rd

2nd Weigh-Ins - Feb 14 & 15th

Final Weigh-Ins - March 28th

Winners Announced at the March Mingle - March 31st

Confidentiality:

The NAWP has sought out a fitness professional outside of our community to conduct the weigh-ins and maintain the weight-loss statistics. All information regarding numbers and percentages will remain confidential.

Waiver and Release of Liability:

You must sign and return the Waiver and Release of Liability to participate. This form will be provided to you with additional resources at your first weigh-in. You will NOT be eligible to win the cash prize unless you have completed the waiver form.
